Make it yours

Growing up with Tourettes, for a long time, felt like my body had a mind of its own, like I was fighting against myself.

Yoga was the first thing that taught me how to slow down. It helped me notice my breath, my thoughts, and eventually, my body.

Over time, I stopped trying to control everything and started learning how to listen.
That shift changed everything. What used to feel like chaos became energy I could channel, move with, and reshape.

That’s what KHARAX is built on the idea that growth starts when you meet yourself where you are, not where you think you should be.

Make it stronger

Training, for me, isn’t just physical; it’s mental.
When you push your body, you start to see how your mind reacts. You see your habits, your doubts, the stories you tell yourself when things get hard.
That’s where the real work begins.

Through calisthenics and functional movement, I found a way to align both body and mind moving as one.
It’s not about perfection or performance. It’s about awareness.
When you train with intention, you become more grounded, more focused, more present.

That’s the goal of every session. To leave feeling a little more in control, a little more connected to yourself.

Make it together

I believe progress happens together.
When you train in community, you push harder, not because someone’s watching, but because you’re supported.
You feel seen. You feel part of something.

That’s why KHARAX isn’t just a training program, it’s a community.
We hold group classes, outdoor sessions, and social workouts in new places.
It’s a space to move, to grow, and to remind yourself that discipline doesn’t have to be lonely.

We keep each other accountable, we show up, and we celebrate small wins.
Because this isn’t just about building strength, it’s about building understanding, together.
